A franchise or shared build can revoke an API key. When the key dies, the jobs stay on their Simpro. The TradieBridge copy stays yours. You still browse it. You still export it.
We email a link to a zip. The link works for seven days. Without an active subscription the copy still browses and still exports; only the sync stops.
Connect Claude or another assistant to the copy. The assistant reads your jobs and invoices as you, and can start syncs and exports. You mint the token. You can revoke it.
Paste the server link as a custom connector. Any assistant that speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP) can use it. We do not send your documents to a model of our own.
The assistant reads the same documents you keep. It does not get a second database.

One table per Simpro list. If the API will give us the record, it goes in the copy. That is what you keep, and that is what your AI can read.

You enter the host and an API key. TradieBridge checks the key and you pick the company on that build.
The first copy takes about an hour. You can close the page. Live lists land first, so you can browse while the rest of the build fills in.
Jobs, invoices, quotes and the other live lists refresh every five minutes. The rest of the build follows on a daily and weekly clock.
